Finance And Operations Director Job In Zimbabwe

University Research Co., LLC (URC) was established in 1965, and offers a range of technical assistance to strengthen health and social systems and service quality by empowering communities and health workers to identify and scale up locally appropriate solutions to critical problems. URC is currently seeking candidates for an upcoming USAID Zimbabwe Assistance Program in Malaria. This five-year project will support the Ministry of Health and Child Care (MOHCC) and National Malaria Control Programme (NMCP) to strengthen malaria prevention and case management activities at national, provincial, district, and/or community levels.

Job Title: Finance And Operations Director

The Finance Director will be responsible for ensuring project adherence to USG financial rules and regulations. This will include providing quarterly financial reports, including pipeline analysis, for the overall project.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

Previous experience managing financial and legal requirements of USAID project essential. Previous experience working with local organizations as part of subgrants/subcontracts preferred. Degree and certification in Accounting or other related field. At least 7 years of experience.
