Finance Manager
Summary
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- A relevant qualification (Degree in Accounting, CA, ACCA, CIMA,).
- Expertise in Sage Pastel Evolution reporting software.
- Hands on Commercial Farming experience, particularly with Centre Pivots.
Soft Skills
- Personnel management skills
- Presentation & Governance skills
- Reporting to Board/ Senior Stakeholders.
- Proven Written and Spoken Communication Skills
- IFRS
- Business Awareness
- Decision making competency.
NB Candidates must have a background in agriculture, specifically Commercial Farming projects.
Candidates must be able and willing to move to Mkushi for work.
