Finance Manager Needed in Zambia: Deloitte Global – Ends 15 Feb

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly or quarterly or annual management accounts and standardized KPIs used to the strategic management process
• Consolidation of management reporting and analysis of business and divisions, including comprehensive commentry reports
• Variency reporting and analysis-Budget and Forecast
• Provides professional financial advice to management for strategic decision making on aspects of commercial operations
• Development and the implementation of Distribution Warehouse Policies Process and Procedures
• Work closely with business managers to maintain a focuson current and future financial needs in order to satisfy business growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Five years experience in Finance Management in a reputable corporate business
• Full member of the ZICA
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
