Icypeed Limited is looking to hire a Financial Accountant. He/She will be responsible for providing key financial insight to support effective management of the business.

He/She will be reporting to the Managing Director.

The ‘Right Fit’ will have the following main duties:

• Monthly Preparation of Management accounts.
• Ensuring that daily cash flow is prepared by bookkeepers.
• Ensuring adequate preparations are done for external year-end audit
• Review debtors’ and creditors’ reconciliations.
• Ensuring that statutory returns and payments are made before due dates.
• Ensure correct banking and petty cash procedures are followed.
• Ensuring that the managing director is informed of activities and developments.
• Ensure that the salary payroll is correct.
• To make sure all company employees are paid on time.

Requirements:

• Full ACCA /ZICA /CIMA or any Accounting Degree equivalent.
• 3 years post qualification experience 2 years must be at the Accountant level or equivalent.
• Knowledge of accounting package Quick Books will be an added advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Self-starter
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature individual – at least 25 years of age and above
• Computer skills
• Should be a paid-up member of ZICA
