FINCA Zambia Recruiting: Administrative Services Manager – August 2017


The Administrative Services Manager reports to the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the establishment and management of FINCA’s Administrative services.They ensure that FINCA’s procurement, facilities management and administration activities support the business strategy with minimum of risk and maximum efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Manage administration and procurement processes.Manage personnel and ensures high levels of performance.
  • Treats people with respect, keeps commitments, inspires the trust in others, works with integrity and ethically upholds organizational values.
  • Develops project plans, coordinates projects, communicates changes and progress, completes projects on time and within budget.
  • Follows policies and procedures, completes administrative tasks correctly and on time.
  • Meets productivity standards, completes work in a timely manner, strives to increase productivity.
  • Writes clearly and informatively, presents numerical data effectively.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with a minimum of 3 years of procurement or administrative management experience.
  • Fluent in English and local language
