Reports To: IT Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To provide technical solutions and software configuration to ensure that all process of the Bank’s IT systems and Projects run smoothly.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

• Good knowledge of configuration of CISCO Switches, Routers and Firewalls
• Excellent knowledge in VPN IPSEC network environments
• Good knowledge in Domain Controller and Active Directory setup
• Microsoft Exchange Management
• Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
• Monitoring and maintaining ATM and related infrastructure which are in direct/indirect relationship to the Bank
• Performing Core Banking EOD – BOD operations & daily backups
• Resolve IT support queries through the IT Help Desk

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Computer Science
• Must be CISCO CCNA certified
• CISCO CCNAS Certification will be an added advantage

EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT
