purpose
Manage training and development by providing resources to Business Units. Manage facilitators and administrators, implement training and development policies.
experience and qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits and passes in English and Mathematics.
- Diploma or Degree in HR or related field and preferably or an equivalent combination of experience and education. A Diploma in Training Methods will be an added advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Banking, banking products, services and delivery channels.
- Certification in soft skills training such as coaching, mentoring and presentation skills will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of techniques and philosophies of adult education.
