purpose

Manage training and development by providing resources to Business Units. Manage facilitators and administrators, implement training and development policies.

experience and qualifications

Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits and passes in English and Mathematics.
Diploma or Degree in HR or related field and preferably or an equivalent combination of experience and education. A Diploma in Training Methods will be an added advantage.
Comprehensive knowledge of Banking, banking products, services and delivery channels.
Certification in soft skills training such as coaching, mentoring and presentation skills will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of techniques and philosophies of adult education.
