Position: External Sales Consultant (1 position; Lusaka)

Job Purpose

To develop enduring and rewarding customers relation in an agreed catchment area by effectively seeing and cross selling FNB solutions to meet their needs/ aspirations. The job holders will provide face to face customer service outside the branch and on the customer business or work premises

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities by acquiring an in—depth understanding of the respective catchment area the Consultant is operating in.
  • Generate good quality sales numbers
  • Develop strategies for branch sales in line with targets
  • Identify Cross Selling opportunities to optimize the banks products and service solution offering
  • Develop, prepare and present value propositions of selected segments to targeted customers
  • Initiate and implement relevant sales strategies that would result in increased sales
  • Keep and maintain relevant schedules to track sales progress.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credit passes including English and Mathematics
  • A Diploma in Business or Commerce
  • 4 to 5 years external sales experience
  • A valid driving licence
