  • Position: Sales Agent
  • Location: Lusaka/Kitwe/Ndola/Solwezi
  • Reports to: Production Liaison Officer

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional sales performance
  • Identify and meet customer needs through selling of all FLA products and services
  • Provide direct “hands on” sales support on Know your customer information
  • Participate in specific product campaigns
  • Ensure that the products are well explained to customers
  • Own customer queries, complaints  and escalate to the supervisor
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers
  • Maintain records, reports, or files

 

Candidates Requirements

  • Advanced Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Any higher qualification will be an added advantage
  • Track record of sales excellence as an added advantage
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Very sharp, intelligent, high energy and customer centric
  • Honesty, Integrity, very assertive
