Position: Sales Team Leader

Location: Lusaka/Kitwe/Ndola/Solwezi

Reports to: Production Liaison Officer

Responsibilities

  • Marketing and selling of individual life products
  • Supervision of sales agents
  • Ensure that teams sales targets are attained
  • Help with opening of paypoints
  • Organising of exibitions and marketing campaigns
  • underwriting all sales proposal forms for their respective team
  • preparing weekly and monthly  sales status reports
  • perform administrative tasks including effective record keeping for customers
  • do presentations to corporates on products on behalf of sales agents

 

Candidates Requirements

  • Advanced Certificate or Diploma in a relevant field
  • Any higher qualification will be an added advantage
  • Track record of sales excellence as an added advantage
  • Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
  • Very sharp, intelligent, high energy and customer centric
  • Honesty, Integrity, very assertive
