We are hiring for the position of Sales Executive who will bring us new clients on a monthly basis. An energetic, enthusiastic and well-organized team player is welcome to apply and become a member of our growing corporate business.
Job Title: Sales Executive
- Continuously works for organizational process improvement, providing input to Fortune Foods management to refine processes and cater to new and emerging market opportunities
- Enters, updates and maintains daily sales activities and client/customer information into Sales database
- Manages and updates interaction of Salesforce and Customer relationship management
- Plans an effective sales targeting approach to the assigned sales territory
- Prospects and cold-calls on businesses and organizations
- Regularly follows up on inbound leads and sales inquiries
- Responds to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details, by phone and email
- Suggests and implements a closing business strategy relative to sales
- Diploma in Sales and Marketing from recognized institution
- Grade 12 full certificate
- Member of Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM)
- Three (3) years of related sales and marketing experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong customer relationship management (CRM) history and good level of numeracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly growing business
- Customer focused approach and ability to learn and adapt to needs and changes quickly
- Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
- The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
- The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
- High degree of self-motivation and ambition
