Job Title: Connect Stores Coordinator

Responsibilities

• To supervise and monitor Service Level agreement for connect stores in line with perfect 10 initiatives
• Driving sales and Customer Service through connect stores to achieve targets
• Liaison between MTN and Connect stores
• Provide the marketing team with market intelligence for new/improvement of products/services
• Collaborate with Trade marketing for brand visibility in the all connect stores
• Assist in formulating and implementing a monitoring system and alignment to ensure all teams in the connect stores understand their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver on targets expected
• Build capacity in connect stores staff by consistently visiting the connect stores and providing coaching on sales and customer service activities
• Conducts connect store sales reviews on a weekly and monthly basis and takes action to align sales and customer Service practices according to regulatory requirements.
• Identifies systemic problems and engages with other departments to ensure that connect stores consistently meet service level standards
• Reinforce MTN Connect Store Site Evaluation/ checklist then advise improvements thereof

Qualifications

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
• 4 years sales experience in a service industry
• 2 years’ experience in a leadership role
• Administration and operational experience
• Experience in telecommunications environment
