Our client is a major World–Class Contractor that provides both mechanical and civil engineering services to various mining giants on the Copper belt. A vacancy now exists for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Foreman to be based on the Copperbelt.
Job Skills & Duties
- Planning, organizing, and execution of all scheduled maintenance for concentrator equipments to ensure equipment availability above 95%.
- Ensuring HSE standards and hazard identification and management is applied by all personnel under your authority.
- Ensuring 100% compliance to appropriate maintenance management systems and procedures.
- Strong problem solving and planning skills, ensuring you are able to prioritize a heavy workload.
- Strong communication and Leadership skills.
- 100% record keeping, data capture, maintenance of equipment history cards, filling up PM checklists.
- Flexible to work in shifts and prolonged duty hours.
