About the Job

The MRM SO supports the Head — Measuring and Communicating Results, and Research In implementing the overall Monitoring and Results Measurement system within FSDZ working with Project Managers and partners. Further supports communication activities and provides content for publication. Working with thematic teams and communicating the MRM requirements, MRM SO aggregates programme level high results of interventions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Grade 12 school certificate
  • First degree qualification in demography, economics, social science and other related fields with research and monitoring qualification
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Strong communications, influencing and engagement skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people of varied backgrounds
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple and time-sensitive deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize new software applications effectively
