AgBIT Limited is Zambia’s pioneer agribusiness incubator. It is a unique public-private-partnership bringing together the private sector, research and university community, with the overall goal of catalyzing the growth of the agribusiness sector in Zambia and increasing sector competitiveness by promoting an innovation ecosystem in the sector. AgBIT provides business incubation services to smallholder and emergent farmers, high-growth startups and SMEs in the agribusiness sector. We are now looking for a highly qualified and self-motivated individual to fill up the position of Administrative Officer.
- A good diploma or higher in business administration, office management, project planning and management or related field is required, with at least 3 years of progressive work experience in office administration or program support services
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and familiarity with management and implementation of donor funded programmes and coordination are highly desirable
- Level headed, team player with good interpersonal skills, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
