– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Strategy.
– Would also consider a mechanical engineering qualification if the candidate is interested in going into sales

FINANCE GRADUATE
– College, university, or equivalent degree in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting or related field required

SUPPLY CHAIN Management GRADUATE
– Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management

PROJECT MANAGEMENT GRADUATE
– Bachelors or Masters degree in or Major in Project Management

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY GRADUATE
– Bachelors or Masters degree in or Major in Information Technology

SALES ENGINEERING GRADUATE
– Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
– Ability to learn, analyze, and understand business and technical processes
– Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization.
– Strong problem solving and analytical skills
– Effective team work and multi-tasking skills a must
