The Management Trainees will be required to undergo intensive Management Development preparation for future roles in the organization based on performance. The following are the key deliverables among others:-

• Gain Knowledge, skills and experience in order to serve as reservoir for future management
  responsibilities
• Delivery of project work and assignments
• Understand and perform duties across several divisions/departments
• Participate in assigned training programs
• Completion of performance and developmental reviews as per agreed program requirements.
