BOARDING MASTER – CHILANGA CAMPUS

Great North Road Academy, an ever-growing institution of primary and secondary learning is seeking a Boarding Master to join a team of the committed and professional workforce.

The Master will be responsible to Head of Boarding Section of our Chilanga Campus and ensure a smooth running of the Campus.

The Ideal MUST;

• be able to manage the boarding establishment – pupils, teachers, and parents
• be an excellent role model
• have excellent management and organizational skills
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills with pupils, parents, and staff
• have a high level of self-motivation
• have the ability to work under pressure
• resilience, flexibility, energy, and enthusiasm for solving problems and being innovative
• have the ability to work respectfully with staff, parents, and students in a school environment
• be understanding of the additional hours and time needed when working in a boarding establishment
• have a teaching experience
