Job Description

• To head the overall real estate portfolio
• Responsible for property sales, management and valuations

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Urban and Rural Planning/ Surveying
• Membership of Zambia Institute of Estate Agency (ZIEA) a must
• Membership of Surveyors Institute of Zambia (SIZ) – Valuation Chapter an added advantage
• 3 years experience in Real Estate Management / Sales / Property Management
• Strategic, Hands-on, Goal-oriented candidates most sought after
