Administrative Intern
JianFeng Business Solutions was established in 2017 with the goal of assisting Chinese companies to establish operations in Zambia. The company provides Financial services, Taxation services, Secretarial services and Business Advisory services to clients. The business is, therefore, looking for an intern to join our office in Northmead area of Lusaka. This is an opportunity to launch a career as this role will present a training opportunity for the right candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Company Registration with PACRA.
- Filling of annual returns with various statutory bodies.
- Application for renewal business licenses with LCC.
- Facilitating and the opening of Corporate Bank Accounts.
- Application for ZDA investors licenses.
- Facilitating certification of documents with legal practitioners and Commissioners of Oath.
- Drafting of Bank Transfer instructions on behalf of Chinese clients.
- Ensuring that all client documents are properly scanned and stored virtually for future reference.
- All other duties that may be assigned or tasked by supervisor.
Skills and attributes.
- Conversant with operating a computer
- Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
- Minimum 15 words per minute typing speed
- Initiative and keen to learn on the job
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly driven and consistently exceeds expectations
- Fantastic time management and organizational skills
Qualifications:
- Must have at least Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Diploma or the equivalent.
- Preferably Lusaka residents
Remuneration:
The package offered is negotiable depending on candidates Knowledge, experience, and performance.
