Duties and Responsibilities
The Employee shall do the following duties;
- Manage airport client pickups and ensure that all expected clients are located and escorted to BKS vehicles for transfer to their destinations.
- Collection, management, and balancing of payments received from customers daily at the airport.
- Ensuring that drivers adhere to set out timetable at all times and restrict unnecessary vehicle movements at all costs.
- Coordinate transfers for all pre-booked clients and walk-in clients with an emphasis on professional behaviour and etiquette at all times.
- Ensure adequate resources are available on the shuttle (Wi-Fi, refreshments)
- Possess computer operation knowledge and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Market and sell company services to various clients at all times and ensure visibility of BKS at the airport premises.
- Ensuring that all shuttles and cars are clean at all times
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to diffuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve conflicts.
- Always ensure to be a team player so that laid out results are achieved.
- Ensuring timely communication of shortfalls before they occur at least 30% before depletion (2 days’ Notice)
- Coordination with drivers and East park Manager with regards to changes in flights or passenger information (Delayed flights, passengers missed flight etc.)
- Ability to distinguish service quality, and presentation and observe delivery at all times.
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Possess adequate knowledge of all company prices, products, and services
- Submission of weekly and monthly airport operation reports, driver pickup reports and customer rate us reports.
- Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the employer and supervisor from time to time.

- Dispatch drivers and assign pickups
- Receipting and collection of payments
Please Note:
The preferred candidate should have knowledge in Hospitality Management. (certificate/diploma)
The interviews will be conducted on Monday, 25th March 2019 at BKS head office. (Walk-in interview). Applicants are advised that they should come with their CVs and qualifications during the interviews. The interviews will be held at plot 2084/M Main Street Ibex Hill opposite CIDRZ (Centre for Infectious Disease Research Zambia).
