The HR & Payroll Assistant needs to be a talented individual, with relevant tracible experience and qualifications.

Key Attributes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Excel
  • Great communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Good record keeping and tracking of time sheets
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, and work in a team

Qualifications

  • Certificate in ICT
  • Certificate in record keeping
  • Diploma in a relevant field will be an added advantage
  • Minimum Grade 12
  • Team Player
  • Honest

Brief job description

  • Gather payroll data such as time sheets, overtime worked data and all relevant payroll information
  • Verify and ensure payroll data is accurate
  • Assist with HR and payroll enquiries
  • HR File support
  • General HR & Payroll support tasks as may be assigned
