Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Maintaining human resource filling systems (medical file, safety record file, leave form records and advance form records)
- Payroll report: Compiling and preparing reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities
- Coordinating meetings and identifying employees needs
- Handling employee’s grievances
- Performs human resources management works relating to hiring, training, compensation, promotion, motivation, discipline, termination, career development, or retirement
- Conduct induction for new employees
- Employment and compliance to regulatory labor laws
- Ensure employees/ company records are available and secured
- Promoting Health and safety of the workforce
- Managing office supply. i.e. Stationary, toiletries/groceries, safety attires.
- Maintaining company employer communication
