The Northern Technical College (NORTEC) invites applications from suitably qualified and interested candidates for the following position:-

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (01)

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Work experience in a College or University is an added advantage.
• Must have knowledge of the Zambian Labour Laws.
• Must be a member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management with a valid practicing Certificate.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literate
