Human Resources Assistant

The job holder will assist the Human Resources Manager (HRM) in various transactional duties as assigned by the HRM, primarily in areas of hiring, employee relations, filing and reporting on HR matters.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Human Resources Manager (HRM) in the implementation of Human Resource policies, procedures and best practices in the Company.
  • Provide designated Human Resources reports as determined on a regular basis.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or any other related social science.
  • Valid practicing certificate from Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
  • At least one (1) year Human Resource Generalist experience.
  • Must possess a good understanding of the labour laws.
  • Ability to maintain high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning employees and their records.
