Experience required:

 

Minimum 8-15 years in Human Resource and Administration with industry experience of Renewable Energy/ EPC/ MEP/ Solar etc.

Candidate should have experience of working at the project site.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing (i.e. Visa, Stamping etc.), compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, employee relations and retention, compliance as per local law and labour relations.
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, and disciplining staff; monitoring, appraising, maintaining compensation, designing systems; accumulating resources and resolving problems.
  • Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, developing action plans; analysing results; initiating corrective actions.
  • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, decisions; analysing information and applications.
  • Complies the local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; adherence to requirements.
  • Designing the HR policy for workmen.
  • Acting as a consultant to line managers for the implementation of policies.
  • Carrying out formal consultation procedures on a variety of issues as required by law.
  • Preparing staff handbooks and to ensure that the workforce is aware of company policies.
  • Coordinate with Project Directors for mobilisation and demobilisation activities & act on the advice of Head of HR to source workmen.
  • Plan the workmen requirement in consultation with Project Director and Head of HR and coordinate with placement agencies or consultants for recruitment of workmen.
  • Finalisation of site allocation as per the requirements of the site.
  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships with workmen.
  • Assisting in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases, including acting as an arbitrator between the employee and the line manager.
  • Advising the employees about the proper procedures for carrying out negotiations and on the special regulations relating to employment and salary agreements.
  • Providing accurate advice on issues arising from employment contracts and legislation.

Educational background: Master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related field is required
