IMPACT Research Zambia is a private consultancy firm that offers various consultancy services in research, monitoring, evaluations and various areas of individual and organizational capacity or skills development. We are seeking junior consultants to prepare, coordinate and deliver training programs to our clients in various aspects of individual and organization capacity or skills development. A successful candidate will be passionate and self-motivated in developing and delivering market driven skills development packages in an innovative manner.

Job Title: Junior Consultants

Main Job Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate in developing innovative skills development programs
  • Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans and facilitator instructional materials
  • Develop and executing marketing strategies
  • Organize the production of training handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
  • Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results/ Deliver training courses
  • Gathering feedback on the quality of trainings from trainees
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect current client skills needs
  • Conduct organizational skills needs assessments and develop skills development programs and execution plans

Requirements:

  • A first degree in social sciences or computer science (Fresh graduates)
  • Demonstrated cutting-edge computing skills with a bias in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Internet skills are added advantages
  • Extensive demonstrated skills to analyze data in Excel and SPSS software, among other data analysis software
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Sound decision making and organizational skills
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to navigate among different competing tasks and deadlines
