Information and Communications University is seeking for qualified Call Center Operators:
Responsibilities
- Reports to: Head of Marketing and Public Relations
- To facilitate provision of a two-way communication process between Information and Communication University (ICU) and its stakeholders, especially students through telephone communication to ensure that calls are answered on time and right information is provided to stakeholders at the right time or as soon as possible
- Call Centre Operations: Answering telephone calls from stakeholders to ensure that callers receive accurate and relevant information at the right time
- Facilitating Customer Service: Relaying relevant information from stakeholders and from students to relevant ICU Departments to ensure effective customer services to all stakeholders
- Facilitating Public Relations: Providing a two-way communication process link between stakeholders and ICU management and officials to ensure that the university has a good reputation with its stakeholders
- Implementing any other assignment which a supervising officer might deem necessary at a given time
Qualifications
- Full Grade 12 school Certificate
- Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations or Customer Service
- Two (2) to three (3) years experience in similar position will be an added advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills with high levels of note-taking skills
- Current ICU members
