Responsibilities

• Learn and master internal operations  including but not limited to accounting, HR, Administration, IT, Technical, Legal, Marketing and PR
• Identify areas of process improvement
• Make recommendations to leadership for streamlining systems and processes
• Training and development of staff
• And many more duties

Requirements :

• Should be a student at UNZA, Copperbelt University or Mulungushi University.
• Major in business related fields
• Must have a full grade 12 certificate including a credit in English and Mathematics
• Should be between the age of  18 and 25
