Intrepid Research and Media Limited offer professional research and media services, with experience in conducting social development research in agriculture, financial and livelihood studies, social cash transfer surveys, governance, water and sanitation, energy, education, health and nutrition, HIV/AIDS amongst others. Our market research expertise includes conducting brand equity, product testing, usage, and attitude surveys and mystery shopping amongst others.

PURPOSE

To formulate and implement business strategies that ensures that the company meets its current and future objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business operations.
  • Identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators using knowledge of the market and competitors.
  • Developing and implementing new business growth strategies that will integrate new innovative services and products in company portfolio.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies and programs that will grow customer base and customer retention levels.
  • Promote the company’s brand image and reputation to highest standards and ensure visibility, continued brand recall and awareness.
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring strategic plans, programs, policies, processes, systems and procedures to achieve goals, objectives and work standards.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, policies and programs that will ensure company sustainability and going concern status is ascertained at any given time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Grade Twelve School Certificate
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Masters’ Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of Market & Social Research will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior management position in a related industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent Public Relations and Presentation skills.
