The 1st Line Helpdesk Support Technician is to provide first line support to all iSchool customers and handling all queries/issues and passing them on to appropriate iSchool departments.

Candidates must have full Grade 12 Certificate with at least a merit in English, coupled with 1 to 3 years’ experience in telephonic support in a Microsoft environment and 1 to 3 years diagnostic and troubleshooting basic Android operating systems.

Candidates must have excellent MS office suite experience.
