The project lead will be responsible for the delivery of client SLA, client management, and handling escalations and ensuring quick resolutions. He/she will also lead, guide, and coach all direct reports to ensure the achievement of project KPIs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure team leads have a clear understanding of iSON BPO business goals.
  • Monitoring system performance to ensure corrective action is promptly taken.
  • Monitors SLAs on a daily basis to ensure the achievement of minimum targets per performance parameters.
  • Preparing and completing action plans for the smooth operations of the project.
  • Managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
  • Completing system audits and analyses for purposes of work continuity.
  • Identifying and resolving problems of the assigned project.

Qualifications & work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3 years of work experience in a banking call Centre.
  • Excellent client management skills and passionate about customer experience.
  • Quick thinker and able to identify possible value prepositions based on interactions and feedback from the client.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
