Jianfeng Business Solutions is currently looking for a smart, innovative and experienced individual to fill the above position.

KEY ROLES

• Manage all company IT Equipment
• Resolve hardware, software and networking issues
• Ensure each workstation has a computer and necessary peripherals
• Installation of operating and application software
• Handle computer and network security issues
• Monitor security issues and parameters
• Setting up of work profiles (install printers, setup outlook email, contact synchronization, bookmarks etc.)
• Logging and keeping good records of Inventory and computer supplies
• Configure peripherals such as scanners, printers, switches, wireless routers, and biometric devices.

EDUCATION:

• Minimum higher diploma or IT Diploma

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• At least 2-year work experience
• Able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate superior team skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communications are needed
• Able to prioritize and quickly resolve issues
• Proven ability to effectively and efficiently research complex technical problems using the internet, written literature, vendor support and colleagues.
