The European & Developing Countries Clinical Trials Partnership (EDCTP) is a unique partnership between European and African countries launched by the European Commission to accelerate the development of new or improved interventions into poverty-related diseases in sub-Saharan Africa. We are seeking two High Representatives: one with a special focus in Africa and the other in Europe. The High Representatives will act as goodwill ambassadors in increasing EDCTP’s visibility and its collaborations with industry and NGO partners.

The High Representatives will be internationally known figures with senior-level experience engaging leaders and opinion drivers in the health, research, government, and development sectors.

Candidates will have at least 10 years of experience working at senior levels in relevant political, diplomatic, public-service or corporate organizations in Africa or Europe, with responsibility for health, research, or development initiatives.

The High Representatives answer to the EDCTP General Assembly and commit approximately 50 days annually to the work.
