Contribute to the formulation of products and services strategy, as well as product development roadmap
Monitor and assess the market, identifying potential products and services for development

Connect Stores Operations Manager


Contribute to the development of the Connect stores annual business strategy
Implement policies and procedures to enhance customer service and Sales in the connect stores
Drive electronic airtime, mobile money, quality gross activations and data usage to deliver sustainable growth across connect stores
