The advertiser is a Telecommunication Company seeking to expand its operation in Mkushi District and the surround areas. We seek to recruit a sales executive officer to be based in Mkushi.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Capturing customers’ requirements and presenting appropriate solution.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers and prospect for new business
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets.
• Representing the Telplus at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
• Researching the market and related products.
• Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face.
• Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Full Form V/Grade 12 School Certificate.
• A holder of Diploma in marking or any business course or ITC
• At least two (2) years minimum working experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Satellite Equipment will be an added advantage
• Must have a car and valid driving license.
• Mkushi resident
