We are growing, as a result of which we are looking for a new professional team member who like to solve challenging problems.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the following:
  • Preparation and review of the monthly business performance repone within specific deadlines
  • Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends and developing financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk
  • Playing a key role in the budgetlng forecasting and planning process
  • Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
  • Managing the cornpanys financial accounting. monitoring and reporting systems
  • Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out
  • Managing corporate tax planning and compliance
  • Completion of statutory financial accounts for all SABMiller entities
  • Ensuring adherence with group policies and procedures
  • Developing internal and external relationships with appropriate contacts
  • Leading, managing and developing people to ensure that capability is built at all levels of the function
This job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
  • Full Grade 12 CertifIcate
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance management in a large corporate business
  • ACCA/CIMA qualification
  • Membr of ZICA
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Strong analytical, modelling and commercial reporting skills
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
