We are looking out for the position of sales and marketing consultant.

We are a Sage channel Partner based in Lusaka specializing in Sage Evolution, Sage 300, SageX3, VIP Payroll & HR and Pastel Products. This position would suit a candidate with an inclination to sell accounting and Payroll solutions.

The main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Meet sales targets
  • Generate new business
  • Market research and analysis
  • After sales follow-up
  • Key account management
  • To engage with existing clients
  • To engage new clients for the Company
  • To sell & market accounting & Payroll solutions to new and existing clients

To report to the Services Manager on a daily basis on new sales and up & coming sales

The following competencies are required

  • Sales flair
  • Accounting background
  • Well-spoken with excellent communication skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Friendly, warm, approachable, team player, sense of humor and empathy
  • IT or Technology Industry
  • Ideally, the best candidate must have a minimum of:

Diploma in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Marketing/ or equivalent

At least 2 year experience in software sales and marketing.
