• Grade 12 school certificate
• Technical certificate in either Mechanical, Electrical or Production management is added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Potential to be developed into Assistant machine Operators
• Must have a valid driver’s license

• To assist the operators on the Cigarette making/packing lines
• Safe keeping around the production lines and Premises in line with company EHS Requirements
• To up hold all the duties assigned by the Supervisor at all times

Roland Imperial Tobacco Company Ltd is seeking to recruit two(2) Operator Technicians to be based in Lusaka.

• Grade 12 School certificate
• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering
• At least three years of experience in Manufacturing
• Exposure to Cigarette making environment is advantageous
• Good communication

• Overall responsibility for a processing line
• Responsible for product quality on the processing
• Responsible for machine maintenance and repairs of the processing line
• Managing a team of Subordinates
• Determining daily Raw material requirements
• Conduct reconciliations of daily production
• Make reports to the operations manager
