Front Office Assistant – (Central Programme Unit) 1 Position ( 3 Year contract)
Position Description
The position of Front Office Assistant is responsible for handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, receiving and screening of all visitors before directing them to relevant departments and staff. He /She will carry out other administrative tasks and constantly interact with staff at the Programme Unit and the Country Office.
Community Development Facilitator- Eastern Programme Unit – 1 Position (3 Year contract)
Position Description
The position of Community Development Facilitator (CDF) is responsible for all sponsorship and development activities at community level and is a link between Plan International Zambia and the community in areas where Plan has a presence. The CDF interacts constantly with the Programme Coordinators and Sponsorship Unit Staff in mobilising communities to participate in development activities using the Child Centered Community Development approach and in the collection of sponsorship information respectively.
Programme Coordinator Health – Luapula Mansa (1)
Position Description
Reporting to the Programme Manager Health at the Country Office, with a dotted line relationship to the Programme Unit Manager, s/he supports the effective and efficient management of Plan’s Health portfolio in the Programme Unit to ensure a high level of interaction between Plan, communities, and other stakeholders in health issues in line with Plan’s Child Centered Community Development Approach.
Urban Project Manager – Learning & Documentation Project (Lusaka Position -1)
Position Description
The position holder will provide effective management, monitoring, coordination and timely reporting of the Learning & Documentation Urban Project. He/ she shall be the contact person of all urban project activities in Plan International Zambia and shall provide technical guidance to programme team members and to partners in the routine implementation of project activities in line with Plan International’s CCCD approach and the Country Strategic Plan. The position reports to Economic Security and Youth Empowerment Manager.
