Zambian Employment Reference Bureau (ZERB) is a leading background screening firm headquartered in Chingola, Zambia.

ZERB is looking for highly motivated Verification Officers for its Lusaka and Copperbelt Operations in Zambia. Both positions will report to the Operations Manager in Lusaka. The ideal candidate should posses a diploma/degree in business and must be computer literate. He/she must have extensive experience working with government ministries, Agencies, Embassies and NGOs and the private sector. You must be results-oriented and able to deliver within the stipulated Client Turnaround Times(CTT). Integrity and trust are key for this role.
