Judiciary is inviting suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacancies

ELECTRICIAN

: J55 05 SALARY SCALE

The successful candidate will be required to report to the Administrative Officer and will be responsible for the following duties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Prepares switching schedule for purposes of isolation for maintenance, construction/installation and re-construction.
• Conduct installation, wiring, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment in buildings.
• Carry out weekly inspections of electrical fittings and fixtures.
• Servicing of medium voltage installations.
• Identify and remove sub-standard and illegal connections
• Carry out electrical tasks according to given technical specifications.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Full Form V or Grade Twelve (12) School Certificate with five (5) ‘0’ Levels including English.
• Certificate in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum relevant job experience of two (2) years.
