Kariba Minerals Limited, an amethyst mining company, is a joint venture between Gemfields Ltd and the ZCCM-IH. Kariba mine is based in Mapatizya which is approximately 110km from Kalomo in the Southern Province.
IT OFFICER
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the job holder will be responsible for the IT infrastructure of the company and oversee the smooth running of åe Company’s and related operations, monitor and maintain the and communication systems and networks of company
Qualification, Experience & other attributes
- Full Grade 12 certificate coupled with a Degree in computer science or related field
- 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar position
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing and computer skills
- Strongly results orientated with a clear determination to succeed.
Salary: Negotiable
Job Location: Lusaka but will be required to travel to the mine which is located in Mapatizya, Southern Province regularly
