Keno Institute of Training and Research wishes to engage an intern to assist with the day-to-day ICT processes and digital marketing activities.

Location: Lusaka

Duties/responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the training coordinator to determine web requirements
  • Support research activities such as; data collection Using Tablets/Smart Phones (captured using Survey CTO (http://www.surveycto.com, ODK, Kobo Tool,  Etc.)
  • Update content including course content, training calendars, training pictures, research activities and upcoming events on the company web page.
  • Manage Social Media Pages – Linked In, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter Etc.
  • Manage the online application system and develop innovative ways of managing client needs in close collaboration with the finance and administration officer
  • Marketing professional development programs (email, social media pages)/designing adverts/ training calendars/brochure/reflate
  • Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications, experience, and skills required:

    • Minimum of Certificate in ICT or relevant field required
  • Knowledge and proven experience

  • Fixed internship allowance of Zambian Kwacha 1,500 per month and support for data collection and management activities
