Job Title: Customer Intelligence Associate (CIA)

Reporting to: General Manager

Summary

Kleiner Apex Communications Limited is a company that runs a 3@1 business center model whose areas of focus are the provision of document solutions, business services, and products (including sale of stationery and consumables), payment services, courier, postal, and communication, under a franchise agreement with 3@1 International.

The ideal candidate would have at least 3 years’ experience in a Sales & Marketing position of a very customer focused company, and an educational background in sales and marketing, Business, Communications or Public Relations. The ideal candidate should be of high energy and self-motivated character and genuine interest and desire to solve problems, learn and progress in the organization.

They must have the willingness and ability to get closely involved in the day-to-day operations of the company’s different activities.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gather, collect and compile raw data about existing and potential customers and competitors (Market Research and Surveys)
  • Intelligently analyze, scrutinize and understand the collected data and put it into usable formats and reports for decision making and action.
  • Gain deep insight into individual and general customer needs, motivations and purchasing behavior
  • Perform Competitor analysis
  • Design product/service offering to suit customer needs, including over-seeing promotional activities
  • Design and implement appropriate and relevant marketing activities
  • Manage the company’s website and Social media pages
  • Attend events and interact with customers to further understand the problems and challenges the company can solve for them
  • Ensure all Stores (owned and franchised) adhere to the company’s sales and marketing activities

Requirements

  • Genuine interest and passion for “resolving problems and serving people”
  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations
  • Strong analytical, Communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in sales and marketing concepts and methodologies
  • Past experience conducting research, studies, and surveys, including compiling and submitting reports
  • A natural instinct for selling and articulating product or service unique selling points with proven ability to proactively look and think ahead to meet customer needs
