Kobil Zambia Limited one of the leading Oil Marketing Companies in Zambia with a fast growing retail network and customer base is seeking to employ a suitably qualified, experienced and result-oriented individual to fill the following vacancy:-
Positions: Commercial Sales Executive
A. Key Competence/Qualifications
- A holder of a Bachelors Degree (Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering from a recognised University) will be an added advantage.
- Must have a clean driving licence.
- Must have Marketing and Sales experience of not less than 2 years preferably in the oil marketing industry.
- Must have organisational skills and ability to manage a sales territory.
- Must have ability to educate customers on various aspects pertaining to product knowledge.
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision, a self motivator with excellent initiative.
B. Main Duties
- To maintain and develop profitable sales within the allotted territory in accordance with pre-determined marketing policies in the Commercial functions.
- Ensure sales of company products and services by adherence to company standards.
- Ensures overall efficient territory management by promptly attending to all correspondence queries and reports.
- Controls overall credit position in accordance with the plan for the Area by customer.
- Attends to other functions not covered above by: co-ordinating supplies, liaising maintenance jobs, attends Commercial meetings, and undertakes other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- To service commercial accounts to ensure good relations are maintained.
