The Council of Mulungushi University is inviting qualified and sufficiently motivated individuals to apply for the following position:

Laboratory Technicians – 03 positions

Job Purpose: To work in the Biology, Chemistry, and Physics Laboratories under the School of Science. Engineering and Technology (SSET). Among other duties, the holder will be expected to ensure that all laboratory practicals are performed in line with the School Department teaching programme. Will also ensure the maintenance of laboratory equipment, supplies, and safety of laboratory users.

Qualifications

• Full Grade 12 Certificate with at least five (5) credits or better in English, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry
• A B Sc in Science Laboratory Technology from a recognized and reputable University
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of Basic First Aid will be an added advantage
