Job Title: Customer Engagement Analyst: Youth
Responsibilities
- Track youth spend and their customer life cycle
- Ensure youth packaged products and Services are pushed to the youth base
- End to end coordination with Youth Ambassadors
- Youth value proposition: increase brand loyalty, awareness and visibility
- Event execution including branding, sales and activations
- Liaise with Brand and Communication team on social media engagements
- Manage the relationships between MTN and its external stakeholders
Requirements
- First degree in marketing or any other Business/Commerce related degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in consumer marketing
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position or dynamic and fast-moving industry
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Data Analysis
- Event Execution
