To provide leadership in accomplishing the goal of timely and accurate claims adjudication in accordance with the established objectives and procedures of FSG Zambia. Provide customer service via telephone (incoming and outbound calls) providing benefit, adjudication, and eligibility information.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To analyze legitimacy and accuracy of claims before they are honored
  • To ensure that accurate claims and monthly reports are submitted timely
  • To ensure accuracy on allocation of group payments
  • To reconcile the group payments within the stipulated time
  • To amend & make adjustments to contracts after a claim, refund, additional and migration system.
  • System update on amendments and adjustments to contracts,
  • To ensure that new business and new contracts are accurately captured and despatched timely.
  • To provide timely and accurate reports

Qualification & Experience:

  • Grade 12 School Certificate
  • Degree holder in business/ marketing/A.B.E and must have knowledge of accounting
  • Diploma or Certificate in Insurance
  • Must have at least 2years working experience in a Business and Insurance-Related fields
  • A Driver’s license will be an added advantage
