Namsil Services Ltd an engineering & construction company based in Kitwe is currently looking for suitably qualified personel to fill in the position of;
Civil Engineer (1 No.)
Duties include:
- Project scheduling, supervision and management
- Understanding of all types of construction drawings, cost estimations, billings & tender documents
- Responsible for quality of work, control of budget and timely completion of work
- Prepare independent project progress report
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the construction industry
Registered member of EIZ registered to practice by the Engineers
Registration Board (ERB)
Quantity Surveyor (1 No.)
Duties include:
- Project estimation, tendering & contract administration
- Originating bills of quantities for tender and awarded works
- Check/ record the field measurements
- Prepare/ check payment certificates
- should be able to manage multiple projects
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the construction industry
- Registered member of EIZ registered to practice by the Engineers
Registration Board (ERB)
